What Is Minimus?

A complete, generic RPG in two pages. Character creation is on page one, rules to play the game are on page two. It's suitable for most "plausible heroes" roleplaying, and uses a collaborative character creation system that rewards building characters with detailed back stories, likes, dislikes and interpersonal relationships.
