How much is U.S. shipping?

It depends on what you're ordering. We offer USPS and FedEx shipping, and the shipping is based on what these carriers actually charge. Shipping options and rates are available after entering your address at checkout.

Do you ship to APOs/FPOs or P.O. Boxes?

Yes. We ship to APOs/FPOs and P.O. Boxes. We offer USPS shipping. Shipping options and rates are available after entering your address at checkout.

For orders to military addresses that include AA, AE, or AP, select that abbreviation from the State drop-down menu at checkout. Please do not choose the actual state you are located in.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship products from our store worldwide. Please note that any taxes or customs fees are exclusively your responsibility, and these fees will be determined when the shipment arrives in your country. We also cannot guarantee that an order will not be confiscated or rejected by your country's customs.*At this time, due to Brexit and the new regulations put in place by the UK government, we cannot process orders from the UK and we have blocked physical orders from being completed.

How much is international shipping?

It depends on what you're ordering and how far the package needs to travel. We offer USPS International and FedEx International to most locations. Shipping options and rates are available after entering your address at checkout.

We offer USPS International and FedEx International for international buyers. Some options may not be available for all locations.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Orders shipped with USPS or FedEx have a tracking number. This is sent automatically to you when the shipping company picks up the order. It can be used on usps.com or fedex.com to get up-to-date information about its status and estimated delivery date.

Do you charge a handling fee?

Yes. All orders for physical products have a $1.95 handling fee.

I need my order FAST! Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Just choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, like FedEx First Overnight or FedEx Priority Overnight, for quick delivery.

Express, priority, overnight, and 2-day shipping for orders placed before 3:00 pm Central Time Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) will ship out on the same day they are ordered.

Expedited orders placed before 11:00 am Central Time on Friday (excluding holidays) will ship on Friday.

Expedited orders placed AFTER 11:00 am Central Time on Friday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Can I change my order?

Probably. We can change most credit card or PayPal orders if you let us know before we process the order. But contact us quickly since our shipping team is really fast – usually same day fast!

If your order is for digital downloads, we are not able to change it since your digital files will be automatically available to you.

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel an order before it has been shipped. To figure out if your order is already on its way to you, visit your Account page and check its status. If it has not been shipped, please contact us to cancel it.

My order hasn't been delivered yet. What should I do?

We promise we shipped it! But before contacting us, please allow two weeks for orders inside the continental United States to be delivered and three weeks for all other destinations. If it has been longer than the above times, send us a message and the Warehouse 23 team will look into it for you.
