Standing armies are all very well, providing swords, spears and bows in time of war. But these troops are expensive to hire, train and maintain and can easily get bored during long peacetime months.

For many rulers and commanders, Mercenaries are the answer. They are mostly experience veterans, tough and resourceful and they usually have their own weapons and armour. They must be paid well however, to prevent them changing sides at the critical point of the battle...

The full colour miniatures are supplied in two formats and can be assembled as flat, A-frame or triagonal miniatures depending on personal choice. The images are all high-quality computer generated figures and bring an extra level of realism to the gaming table.

This set is also offered as an optional Powerpoint file version, to allow the easy creation of custom sheets.
